General Terms & Conditions:-
- Check-In & Check-Out time is 12:00 Noon.
- All quoted rates are in INR (Indian Rupee), per room, per night.
- Children below 12 years stay complimentary in the room with the parents without any charges, above 12 years are taken as an adult.
- Government Taxes applicable.
- When you check-in, you will be asked to confirm your departure date. You may be able to change your departure date without a penalty if your rate plan permits and if you do so before the end of your arrival day. After reconfirming your departure date, if you decide to leave earlier, you may be charged the early departure fee.
- Reduction for 3rd person -50% on the per person rate in double.
Cancellation and Deposit policy:-
- In order to guarantee the booking a deposit of 50%, via credit card or wire bank transfer is required minimum 14 days prior to guest’s arrival. The rest 50% should be paid 3 days prior to guest’s arrival.
- In case of cancellation within 21 days, 50% of the cost of the reservation is required as cancellation fees. Non show or early departure 100% of the reservation
will be charged.
